Abstract


The purpose of this study was to investigate job satisfaction and turnover intention of dental hygienists and nursing aids. A survey was conducted the study period, 2010 April 15 to April 30, total of 200 questionnaires were collected and 174 and 180 were used for the analysis. The survey was performed by face-by-face interview questionnaire of 15 items and 5 point Likert type response format. The respondents were 186 from dental hygienists and nursing aids. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, one-way ANOVA and correlation, multiple regression. All statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 12.0. In this study, a convenience sample for the survey sampling by the dental clinic is located in the Seoul area dentist is a person over 13 or less, and contain 35 or less hygienists and nursing aids work in hospitals as a female aide hygienists were selected.
